YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT...

THE HEIST
The team have until the midnight auction to carry out their plan and prevent Stepanov from leaving with the Carcosa diamond. It arrives by helicopter in a suitcase handcuffed to Jock Watson of Highland Security, inside a box sealed with a Pandora charm which will not open until the midnight auction. The diamond is then taken to the library and placed inside a safe that belongs to The Auctioneers. Highlander Security are providing additional physical security for the room itself – a security guard, fingerprint scanner, sensors and laser grid.

The team know they need to get Jock Watson’s fingerprint for the scanner and distract the guard (potentially multiple times). The sensors mean only two people can go into the library at a time, they need to stay very quiet and only have 15 minutes before their body heat raises the room temp too much – oh and on their first trip Lady Hazel will need to cross ‘the patented infrared tripwire system’ to replace a chip with one of their own, supplied by Billy The Friar.

Once that's sorted they only need to open the magically protected safe with one of three possible spells, scan the diamond through the Pandora box with Dr Kiran's camera and then have Sandy make a copy upstairs with his noisy and temperamental replicator and then somehow swap it for the real diamond during the authentication stage of the auction – and have Mr Brock certify the fake so that Stepanov leaves with it. Oh, and they need to make sure he wins the auction, which means removing the competition and then drugging and hypnotising Stepanov into a frenzy with a rigged tarot reading from Nina, so Roman, posing as Rasputin's heir can wipe him out financially in a tense bidding finalé!

So no pressure then!
